Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Technician specializing in Field Service, based in Munich, supporting the IT infrastructure of a renowned German mechanical engineering company. Day-to-day responsibilities involve hands-on management of the customer's Service Point, including inventory control for IT peripherals and deploying loaner notebooks according to instructions. You will be crucial in supporting hardware and software rollouts, providing 1st and 2nd level on-site support, and assisting with mobile device deployments via telephone support. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT vocational qualification (such as an IT Specialist in System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) and possesses strong knowledge of PC, notebook, and mobile device hardware (iPhones/iPads).
