Job Summary

This full-time role in Hamburg is ideal for an experienced IMAC Technician seeking 2nd Level Onsite Support opportunities within a nationwide service provider. Your primary responsibilities will center on Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activities for a wide range of end-user devices, including notebooks, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. You will also be crucial in providing Field Service and 'Smart Hand' support for complex server and network issues, ensuring the smooth operation of redundant network environments. Key requirements include proven experience in supporting Windows 7 and 10 environments, proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM), and practical skills in application installation and data backup creation. This position offers immediate entry, flexible working hours, individual development paths, and the strong potential for permanent employment following an initial temporary contract phase.
