Job Summary

This role as an IT Specialist in Munich offers the opportunity to join a leading IT company specializing in customized infrastructure solutions, helping businesses drive digital transformation and increase efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential First and Second-Level IT Support, managing the problem management process, and contributing to system performance checks and optimization efforts. Key day-to-day tasks include workplace installation, configuration, and updates. Qualifications require a completed IT-related education (such as an IT Specialist qualification) or equivalent, coupled with strong technical and organizational understanding in IT Support/Service Desk functions. This is a full-time, permanent position (initially temporary employment with option for permanent takeover) offering a competitive salary range of €42,000 to €52,000, flexible working conditions, professional development opportunities, and 30 days of vacation.
