Job Summary

This role as an IT Technician, based in Munich/Starnberg, offers a technical talent the opportunity to join an established consulting firm and growing IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire IT workstation equipment (hardware and software), installing workstations, and integrating them into the network. The technician will be crucial in providing 1st and 2nd Level IT Support on-site, handling IT tickets, and resolving system malfunctions. Furthermore, the role involves implementing site-specific IT projects (e.g., quality assurance, lab, production) and coordinating external service providers. The position requires a completed IT apprenticeship or comparable professional experience, strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, MS Azure, and MS Intune, alongside fluent German and English skills.
