This role involves providing critical Second Level IT Service Support in Mannheim for a specialized IT consulting firm. The technician will be responsible for handling disruptions and customer inquiries, coordinating support both on-site and remotely. Key day-to-day activities include active participation in IT infrastructure projects, collaborating with various departments, supporting existing and new IT systems, and ensuring the availability and development of customer-specific IT infrastructures. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Client environments.
