Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Staff/Principal Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to drive the development of next-generation NR+ microchips utilizing modern FD-SOI technology for non-cellular 5G communication. Daily tasks involve the design and development of complex analog integrated circuits (ICs), conducting thorough simulations, verification, and providing essential layout support for analog circuits. The engineer will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including digital design and system architecture, and is responsible for creating detailed technical specifications and design documentation. Key requirements include multi-year experience across the entire ASIC product development lifecycle, from concept to mass production, as well as proven ability to mentor junior engineers and lead design reviews. This position offers significant creative freedom and direct influence within an innovative semiconductor startup environment in Dresden, shaping a new class of wireless communication.
