Job Summary

The Müller Group, a globally growing food corporation rooted in a regional family business, is seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician for its headquarters in Aretsried (near Augsburg). This full-time, permanent position involves working in shifts as part of the lab team, ensuring both delicious and safe products through rigorous testing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting chemical-physical, sensory, or microbiological laboratory examinations on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final products (like yogurts), monitoring the entire production process from milk reception to the final product. The role requires meticulous documentation of results and active communication with various departments, including Quality Management, Production, and Engineering. Additionally, the technician will support new product analysis within Research and Development and contribute to the development and validation of new analytical methods.
