Job Summary

The Müller Group, a leading international food and logistics company, is seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician to join their team in Aretsried (near Augsburg). This full-time role (38 hours/week) involves working in shifts as part of the quality management lab team, ensuring both delicious and safe products are delivered to consumers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting chemical-physical, sensory, or microbiological laboratory analyses on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final products like yogurts, covering the entire production process from milk reception to the end product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meticulous documentation of results, active collaboration with departments such as Quality Management and Production, and supporting research and development by analyzing new products and validating new analytical methods.
