Job Summary

The Müller Group, a globally growing food corporation rooted in a regional family business, is seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician for its main site in Aretsried (near Augsburg). This full-time, permanent position involves shift work as part of the quality management and laboratory team, ensuring both delicious and safe products. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing chemical-physical, sensory, or microbiological laboratory tests on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products (like yogurts), supporting the entire manufacturing process from milk reception to the final product. The ideal candidate will document results, actively collaborate with departments like Quality Management, Production, and Technology, and assist in analyzing new products for Research and Development. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as a dairy, biology, or chemistry laboratory technician, or a comparable qualification, along with initial practical experience in microbiological and/or chemical-physical lab analysis. Precision, reliability, and flexibility are essential traits for success in this role.
