Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician at the Aretsried facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of iconic dairy products like Müllermilch and Joghurt mit der Ecke. Working within the Laboratory & Quality Management department, your daily responsibilities involve conducting chemical-physical, sensory, and microbiological analyses of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final products. You will monitor the entire production cycle from milk reception to the finished item, documenting results and collaborating closely with production, technology, and quality management teams. This role is unique for its involvement in Research & Development, where you will assist in analyzing new products and validating innovative analytical methods.
