Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician at the Aretsried site, you will join a renowned international food group focused on dairy production. Your daily responsibilities involve conducting chemical-physical, sensory, and microbiological analyses of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products like yogurts. You will play a critical role in ensuring product safety and quality by following sampling plans and monitoring the entire production process from milk reception to the final product. Beyond routine testing, you will document results, collaborate with production and quality management teams, and support Research & Development in analyzing new products and validating analytical methods. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Dairy Laboratory Technician, Biology/Chemistry Laboratory Technician, Medical-Technical Assistant (MTA), Agricultural-Technical Assistant (ATA), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in microbiological or chemical-physical laboratory analysis is preferred
  • Experience in the food or dairy industry is highly desirable
  • Experience working in a shift system is preferred
  • Proven track record of accuracy and reliability in a laboratory environment
