Job Summary

This role focuses on driving continuous improvement and organizational excellence within a university hospital setting by acting as both a trainer and consultant. The incumbent will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering training and coaching sessions in Process and Change Management, Lean culture, and Business Excellence methodologies. Day-to-day tasks include consulting on quality management (QM) and Business Excellence (BE) projects, such as process optimization, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and developing business cases. A key aspect is guiding organizational change processes, standardizing methods, and monitoring success through key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting. The position requires a Master's degree (MBA minimum), specialized certifications in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), and substantial experience in the healthcare or life science sector, ensuring the promotion of efficiency, patient satisfaction, and employee motivation.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Health, Economics, Natural, or Social Sciences (minimum MBA). Additional qualifications required in Project Management, Quality Management, and Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Project, Process, or Quality Management
  • Experience in the healthcare or life-science industry is preferred
  • Experience with QM, Project, and Process tools (e.g., MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, eQMS, eDMS, eLMS/TMS)
  • Experience in guiding organizational change processes and cultural development
