Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive coordination, organizational, and communication support to the Head and team of the Process and Quality Management (PQM) staff unit, which reports directly to the Commercial Director. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the accessibility of the unit, coordinating meetings, travel, and events, and preparing detailed minutes, reports, and presentations. The assistant will also be crucial in defining and developing the organization's standards for process documentation and modeling, administering PQM tools (such as Signavio), and ensuring quality assurance. Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or equivalent knowledge, strong organizational skills, and professional experience in team assistance or Project Management Office (PMO) functions.
