Job Summary

This critical role, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, is responsible for driving organizational transformation and establishing Business Process Excellence across the entire university hospital. The Process and Change Manager will be a key player in implementing new standards, systems, and software, ensuring positive change is understood, supported, and adopted by all staff. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing where changes have a positive impact, developing employee-centric communication formats, conducting workshops and training sessions, and supporting leadership in developing change competence. A core focus is establishing a continuous quality management system and implementing efficient, digitized, and automated processes. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in strategy development, knowledge of AI trends, and significant expertise in Change Management and Organizational Development, aligning international best practices with local realities to foster a sustainable organizational culture.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable)

Experience

  • Professional experience in strategy development and implementation
  • Ideally, professional experience in software product management or project management (to support digitalization)
  • Ideally, at least 5 years of professional experience in Change Management and/or Organizational Development
  • Experience in supporting company-wide process changes and system implementations is desirable
  • Professional experience in medium-sized international corporate structures
