Job Summary
This Senior IT Support Expert role involves providing essential technical support and administration for a variety of client systems within one of Germany's top engineering and IT service providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone and a ticketing system, administering and monitoring client environments, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. You will be actively involved in supporting diverse IT technologies, including servers, clients, storage, networking, and firewalls, with a strong focus on Windows and Linux systems. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification and at least three years of support experience, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem and MS Office 365.
