Job Summary
This role is for a Senior IT Support Expert within a leading German Engineering & IT service provider, focusing on delivering high-quality technical support and system administration for diverse client environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, administering and monitoring client infrastructure covering servers, clients, storage, networking, and firewalls. A key focus is the support of Windows Clients, Windows Server, and Linux systems, alongside managing Microsoft Office 365 environments. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification and at least three years of professional support experience, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. Strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software, coupled with independent and structured work methods, are essential for success in this long-term, permanent position.
