This role seeks a Senior IT Support Specialist to join a leading German engineering and IT service provider, focusing on comprehensive infrastructure support and administration. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, administering Windows Clients, Windows Server, and Linux Systems, and monitoring diverse IT technologies such as Storage, Network, and Firewall systems. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, coupled with a minimum of three years of support experience, particularly within the Microsoft environment (including Office 365) and Linux systems. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software.
