Job Summary

This role is for a Senior IT Support Expert to join one of Germany's top Engineering & IT service providers, focusing on maintaining and optimizing critical customer IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, administering and monitoring diverse customer systems, and providing comprehensive support across various IT technologies including servers, clients, storage, networking, and firewalls. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education and at least three years of support experience, particularly within the Microsoft environment, with additional knowledge of Linux systems being beneficial. Key responsibilities also involve managing Windows Clients, Windows Servers, and Linux environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and documenting processes. Experience
