This role is for a Senior IT Support Expert to join a leading engineering and IT service provider in Germany. The core responsibilities involve managing customer inquiries via phone and a ticketing system, providing comprehensive support for diverse IT technologies including servers, clients, storage, network infrastructure, and firewalls. A significant part of the role focuses on the administration and monitoring of customer systems, specifically encompassing Windows Clients, Windows Servers, and Linux environments. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, coupled with at least three years of dedicated support experience, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally including Linux systems. Key qualifications also include proficiency in MS Office 365 administration and expert-level troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues.
