Job Summary

This role involves leading the strategic and technical implementation and ongoing development of the city-wide ePayment ecosystem for the City of Potsdam's Accounting and Tax Department. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing holistic, end-to-end digital ePayment solutions, including managing project plans, resources, and risk. A core focus is ensuring strict compliance with security and legal regulations governing electronic payment transactions. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system usage, developing KPIs, coordinating IT and user testing, and providing change management through training and consulting administrative leaders on new financial processes. Candidates require a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least two years of professional experience in ePayment, E-Commerce, or Digitalization, coupled with strong project leadership skills, including agile methodologies.
