Job Summary
This role involves leading and coordinating digitalization projects specifically for the Fire Department in the City of Potsdam. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive digitalization strategy, overseeing the introduction of digital administrative processes, and advising management on new technical procedures. Day-to-day, you will act as the central point of contact for electronic records (e-files), develop change management strategies, and train employees on new digital tools. Required Skills
