Job Summary

This role is ideal for a student of Computer Science or Business Informatics seeking practical, hands-on experience in IT service and customer support. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of technical infrastructure management, including installation, setup, repair, and maintenance for both private and business clients, primarily conducted remotely or in the workshop, with occasional on-site visits. A key component of the job involves providing First-Level Support and actively participating in sales activities, such as order acceptance, customer consulting on hardware and software, and new client acquisition.
