Job Summary

This role is ideal for a Computer Science or Business Informatics student seeking hands-on experience in IT support and customer service within a highly-rated regional IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing installation, setup, repair, and maintenance of technical infrastructure for private and business clients, primarily in the workshop or remotely, and occasionally on-site. The position also involves significant participation in sales, including order acceptance, existing customer care, and new customer acquisition, alongside consulting clients on hardware and software solutions. Key requirements include strong knowledge of Windows client and server systems and networks, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented approach.
