As an IT Administrator/Service Technician, you will manage First and Second-Level support, assisting both private and business clients. Day-to-day tasks involve structured processing of service requests using a ticketing system, and installing, maintaining, and repairing technical infrastructure, both remotely and on-site. Key requirements include a completed IT apprenticeship (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration) and proven experience supporting hardware, software, and operating systems.
