Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and service to private and business customers, primarily on a mini-job basis with flexible hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, setup, repair, and maintenance of technical infrastructure, both remotely, in the workshop, and occasionally on-site. Key tasks include first-level support, hardware and software consulting, and active participation in sales, order intake, and customer relationship management. Candidates must possess a background in IT systems integration or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of Windows client/server systems and networking, and excellent troubleshooting skills for PC repair and system assembly. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable technical training in the IT field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in an IT system house (if no formal education)
  • Experience in PC troubleshooting and repair
  • Initial experience in sales (Advantageous)
