Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking full responsibility for the timely and budget-compliant execution of electrical engineering projects, spanning all phases (1-9) of the German Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). The successful candidate will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the ELT team leaders, acting as the crucial link between project managers, system planners, management, clients, and other trades. Key responsibilities include ensuring the quality of planning documents and proactively acquiring new projects and clients. Candidates must possess a degree in Energy and Building Technology or similar, coupled with proven experience in independent electrical engineering project planning and execution. Strong leadership skills, technical expertise in electrical engineering, negotiation prowess, and organizational talent are essential for success in this demanding role.
