Job Summary

This senior leadership role requires managing the Electrical Engineering Planning department, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget, covering the entire scope from conception to completion (HOAI phases 1-9). The successful candidate will provide both technical and disciplinary leadership to the ELT team leaders and serve as the critical interface between project managers, system planners, management, clients, and other trades. A core responsibility is maintaining high-quality planning documentation and proactively engaging in the acquisition of new projects and clients. Ideal candidates must hold a degree in Energy and Building Technology or a comparable field, possess deep technical expertise in electrical engineering planning, and demonstrate strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
