Job Summary

This role involves leading complex Electrical Engineering projects within the framework of Integrated Project Delivery (IPA) and Lean Management methodologies. The Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of projects, including independent organization, planning, preparation, and successful execution. Key responsibilities include leading internal project teams, managing assembly crews and subcontractors, and diligently overseeing scheduling and monitoring. A crucial element is acting as a trusted partner to clients, coordinating closely with architects and specialist planners to ensure needs are met throughout the installation process. Candidates must possess an electrical engineering background, ideally supplemented by a Master Craftsman qualification or equivalent, coupled with proven experience in project planning and execution.
