Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated Digitalization Manager focused on IT Projects to spearhead digital transformation within the LVR Psychiatry and Participation Network in Cologne. The core responsibilities include comprehensive multi-project management, organizing, planning, and leading complex IT initiatives, and coordinating requirements management, particularly regarding the implementation of legislative changes into IT systems. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as IT Management, Business Informatics, or Health Management, combined with a minimum of three years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally within the healthcare or social services sector. Specific knowledge of the Nexus KIS and Nexus Archive (Pegasos) systems is highly valued. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree, FH Diploma, or First State Examination in Law, Administrative Sciences, Administrative Informatics, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Project Management, IT Management, Social Sciences, Health Economics, Health Management, Health or Nursing Sciences; OR Completion of Administrative Course II; OR Civil servant qualification (Laufbahngruppe 2, 1. Einstiegsamt) based on the aforementioned studies.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT project management
- Experience ideally gained within the hospital, healthcare, or social services sector
- Professional knowledge of operational procedures, legal frameworks, and relevant regulations in the hospital, healthcare, or social services sector

- Part-time position (50%); Location in Cologne; Specific system knowledge of Nexus KIS and Nexus Archive (Pegasos) required; Must meet specific qualification requirements for public service (civil servant eligibility or equivalent administrative qualification).
