Job Summary

This role involves leading the digital transformation within the LVR Psychiatry and Participation Network in Cologne. As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for the multi-project management of various IT and digitalization initiatives, overseeing their organization, planning, and execution. A significant part of the role includes coordinating requirements management, where you will identify and prioritize technical needs resulting from legislative changes. You will work within multiprofessional teams to shape innovative projects for the digital future of the association. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree, FH Diploma, or First State Examination in Law, Administration, Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT Management, Health Economics, or related fields; or completion of Administrative Training II (Verwaltungslehrgang II).

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT project management
  • Experience in the hospital, healthcare, or social services sector is highly preferred
  • Proven knowledge of operational processes and legal frameworks within healthcare or social services
  • Experience in managing complex projects and structured problem-solving
