This role involves overseeing the technical management of buildings and infrastructure at the LVR-Klinik Düren. As a Facility Management Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, budgeting, and execution of cross-disciplinary projects including renovations, modernizations, and extensions. Your day-to-day tasks include documenting building defects, ensuring compliance with safety and operational regulations, and coordinating third-party service providers such as specialist planners and construction firms. Additionally, you will serve as the clinic's hazardous substances and waste management officer.
