This role involves supporting the Nursing Directorate in filling vacancies at the LVR-Klinik Langenfeld, focusing on compliance with legal requirements, particularly Article 33 (2) of the German Basic Law. The Recruiter will be responsible for drafting engaging job advertisements in collaboration with the Directorate and publishing them on relevant portals. Key daily tasks include screening applications, verifying formal prerequisites, coordinating selection interviews and hospital stays (Hospitationen) with nursing departments, and ensuring the selection decision is legally sound and documented. The successful candidate must have a background in business administration with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification, ideally coupled with hospital experience in the nursing sector. This position offers a varied workload, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the healthcare sector in the Rhineland.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Human Resources/Personnel Management, a comparable degree, or a vocational qualification with further training (e.g., Certified Specialist/Fachwirt)

Experience

  • Professional experience in human resources or recruiting (ideal)
  • Experience working with an Applicant Management System (ideal)
  • Knowledge of public sector collective bargaining law and related legal fields (ideal)
