Job Summary
This role involves specialized administrative support within the Budget and Controlling department of the Tübingen Regional Council, focusing heavily on SAP systems management. The officer will be responsible for maintaining and managing SAP Organizational Management (SAP-OM) and user administration, acting as the key contact for SAP time recording systems (CATS and PSV). Day-to-day tasks include performing preparatory measures for period closures, verifying proper accounting entries, executing or initiating correction bookings for monthly cost and performance accounting, and managing fixed assets in SAP Asset Accounting (SAP-AA). A crucial part of the job involves data analysis, generating reports, and collecting key figures for reporting and funding controlling. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant administrative or commercial qualification, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably, existing knowledge of SAP systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed qualification for the middle non-technical administrative service, or completed training as an Administrative Specialist, Legal or Notary Specialist, or Office Management Specialist, or equivalent qualification.
Experience

- Experience in data extraction and report generation

- Must possess the required personal and career prerequisites for employment in the civil service (Besoldungsgruppe A 8 LBesO) or employment under the TV-L collective agreement (Entgeltgruppe 6 TV-L).
