Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional specializing in onsite support for a major client in Karlsruhe, working for one of Germany's leading IT service providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering comprehensive onsite support for both hardware and software issues, acting as the critical link between the client's internal IT department and the end-users. You will be responsible for conducting thorough fault analysis and resolution to ensure operational stability and high service quality on location. Key qualifications include a completed IT specialization (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician), proven experience in First and Second Level Onsite Support, and strong technical knowledge of MS Office, Active Directory, and network concepts like DHCP and Firewalls. The position requires excellent German language skills, a Class B driving license, and the willingness to participate in a 24/7 shift schedule, making it suitable for service-oriented, communicative, and flexible team players.
