This role involves providing essential on-site IT support and administration for schools and business clients primarily in the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region. The Field Service System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT utilization by independently analyzing technical faults, structured logging in a ticketing system, and performing installations, configurations, and optimizations of IT infrastructure according to customer needs. Key duties also include regular maintenance, system administration tasks, and creating/updating technical documentation. Candidates must possess completed IT training or a comparable qualification, extensive experience administering Windows operating systems, and knowledge of technical support for networks, printers, and IT peripherals.
