Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support and technical services for a leading European IT service provider, catering to major corporations. The Onsite Support Technician will be responsible for managing rollouts, performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for various hardware including clients, notebooks, monitors, and printers. Day-to-day tasks include setting up, testing, and troubleshooting network connections, installing and configuring end-user devices, and conducting comprehensive hardware and software error analysis and resolution, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), professional experience in user support and rollouts, and strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office.
