Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician joining a leading international IT service provider, focusing on delivering essential onsite client support for large enterprises and public sector clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing troubleshooting and technical assistance for mobile devices (iOS/Android), resolving client-side network issues, and performing IMAC activities (Installation, Move, Add, Change) for PCs, notebooks, and printers. The technician will also be responsible for documenting all tasks within a ticketing system and participating in on-call duty. Key qualifications include a completed IT education or relevant practical experience, familiarity with ticketing systems and MS 365, and deep knowledge of networking fundamentals. This position offers a tariff-bound contract, above-tariff pay, and high potential for long-term customer engagement and eventual permanent takeover.
