Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Research Associate or Doctoral Candidate to join the Biomedical Electronics Chair at the Technical University of Dresden (TUD), one of Germany's top research institutions. The successful candidate will focus on cutting-edge research in Biomedical Electronics and Integrated Microelectronics for Biomedical Applications. Day-to-day tasks include conducting scientific research on Biomedical Sensor Applications, such as Brain-Computer-Interfaces and Biomedical Sensor-Interfaces, and performing Analog/Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuit Design, specifically focusing on CMOS, low-power, and low-noise design. The position also involves publishing results in international journals and conferences, teaching duties, and supervising student theses. This three-year position, aimed at scientific qualification (typically a PhD), requires an outstanding university degree in Microelectronics or a related field, strong teamwork skills, and fluency in both English and German.
