Job Summary

This role involves analyzing, modeling, and documenting existing end-to-end processes within Service Technology, Street Lighting, and master data maintenance. The Process Manager will conduct gap analyses to identify weaknesses and redundancies, define and implement KPIs for quality monitoring, and develop standardized procedures. A key component of the job is building a process architecture, including a process manual, flowcharts, and role models, utilizing tools like ARIS or similar BPMN software. The successful candidate will moderate workshops, coordinate with process owners, and train teams on new processes, ensuring smooth interfaces across various internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strong analytical skills, experience in process management, and a foundational understanding of electrical or service technology, offering a high degree of autonomy and 100% remote work flexibility.
