This role involves developing and integrating cutting-edge system management concepts, particularly focusing on flexible operating resources like battery storage, to enhance grid utilization while maintaining supply security. The successful candidate will work on implementing real-time and curative system management approaches in close collaboration with German transmission system operators. Key responsibilities include increasing the capacity utilization of overhead lines and transformers and actively participating in specialized projects, such as "Netzbooster." The position requires a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, conceptual and operational experience in system management, and excellent communication skills to prepare complex content for various target groups. Fluency in German and very good English skills are essential for effective collaboration and technical contributions.
