Job Summary

This role involves critical coordination and planning within network operations, focusing on the efficient deployment of field personnel and resources. The dispatcher will be responsible for end-to-end management of work orders, including preparation, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders like control centers and customers. Key tasks include scheduling personnel, optimizing routes, managing resource utilization, and conducting budget control and variance analysis. Candidates must possess a technical background, ideally as a network or electrical master craftsman, or have at least three years of professional experience in the energy industry. Proficiency in SAP PM and MS Office is essential, along with a strong understanding of network operations processes (Gas/Water/Sewer).
