This role seeks a proactive and structured Technical Specialist for Incident Management, focusing primarily on the remote handling and documentation of faults within street lighting networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end fault processing, managing collective mailboxes, and ensuring seamless communication between technical departments, external service providers, and sales teams during the execution phase. A core component of the job involves system maintenance, contributing to the optimization of existing operational systems, and processing specific inspection reports (MINZE) according to documented processes. Candidates must possess a completed electrical engineering qualification or equivalent (such as a Master craftsman), coupled with practical experience in network operations, preferably within street lighting infrastructure. Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and basic knowledge of SAP are essential for succeeding in this fixed-term, full-time position, which offers the flexibility of 100% remote work.
