Job Summary

This role involves the continuous development and optimization of manufacturing specifications and processes, focusing heavily on automation and quality control within a 2-shift operation environment. The Manufacturing Program Technician will be responsible for programming and adapting automated placement machines and testing equipment, balancing technical feasibility with economic efficiency. A core part of the job includes conducting process analyses, evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs), and troubleshooting faulty assemblies to derive effective optimization measures. Candidates must possess an engineering degree or technician qualification, coupled with several years of experience, ideally at least two, in programming manufacturing systems and creating test programs (e.g., for SMD placement, AOI, SPI, Jetter). Strong SAP knowledge, analytical skills, and proficiency in both written and spoken German and English are essential for success in this demanding, process-oriented position.
