Job Summary

This role involves serving as an SAP Consultant within the Bavarian Financial Management Network, supporting a consortium of major Universities of Applied Sciences and Technical Universities. The consultant will be central to the continued development of the Finance Competence Center, focusing on the analysis, standardization, and optimization of processes within SAP S/4HANA applications, as well as related interface systems. Key responsibilities include providing service support and further development within the critical SAP modules FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling), building and strengthening non-standard reporting capabilities, and offering expert consulting and training to key users across the partner institutions. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, process-oriented thinking, and relevant professional experience in SAP systems, ideally S/4HANA, paired with project management skills to lead initiatives like release changes.
