Job Summary
This Systems Engineer role, limited to a one-year contract, focuses on ensuring the reliability and optimization of the technology infrastructure within the IT Operations team. The position requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to provide desk-side and end-user support, focusing heavily on MS Windows, MacOS, and iOS environments. Day-to-day tasks include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, managing IT asset lifecycles, and providing support for manufacturing shop-floor devices (scanners, rugged tablets). The ideal candidate must have advanced knowledge of endpoint deployment, SCCM 2012, O365, and experience in managed environments like clean rooms or manufacturing settings. This onsite position in Hamburg demands excellent communication and customer support skills, making it a critical role in maintaining seamless business operations.
Required Skills
Education
CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent in desktop support
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in desk side support services
- Professional experience in supporting overall manufacturing / lab IT systems and devices
- Practitioner level knowledge in SCCM 2012 and O365
- Experience in managing Power Shut Down maintenance activities
- Experience on working in a Clean Room environment and/or Manufacturing environment
