Job Summary

As a Systems Engineer based in Norderstedt/Hamburg, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems within production, laboratory, and data center environments. This role involves a wide variety of hands-on technical tasks, ranging from 'Smart Hands & Feet' support and Rack-and-Stack activities to advanced troubleshooting of AV technologies and mobile solutions. You will manage the entire IT asset lifecycle, coordinate physical access for external service providers, and ensure the continuity of network and printing services. A unique aspect of this position is the requirement to work within highly regulated GMP/GxP environments, including cleanrooms. You will act as a vital link between onsite operations and specialized network and server teams to resolve high-priority escalations. This is an onsite position requiring a high level of detail and quality orientation to maintain business continuity for a major client in a regulated industry.
