Job Summary

This role involves providing critical onsite IT infrastructure support for a manufacturing, lab, and data center environment in Norderstedt. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operation and maintenance of diverse IT systems, ranging from mobility solutions and end-user technologies to advanced AV equipment and data center hardware. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting complex incidents, performing 'Smart Hands & Feet' support for rack and stack activities, and managing the full IT asset lifecycle. A significant portion of the role focuses on coordinating with network and server specialists to ensure business continuity.
