Job Summary

This role involves leading a working group within an accredited laboratory specializing in radiation protection, analytics, and disposal. The successful candidate will be responsible for the disciplinary leadership and guidance of team members, while actively conducting chemical analyses, particularly for the declaration of residues and waste materials. A core part of the job is the continuous development and adaptation of analytical methods to meet client requirements, alongside managing and executing projects related to service and research contracts. This position requires a strong background in instrumental and analytical chemistry, ideally a university degree in Chemistry, and a willingness to work with radioactive and hazardous substances. Previous leadership experience and familiarity with quality assurance/management in a laboratory setting are highly desirable, making this an excellent opportunity for a chemist seeking a leadership track in a specialized scientific environment.

University degree in Natural Sciences, ideally Diploma Chemist (University or University of Applied Sciences) or comparable qualification

Experience
