Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the operational readiness, maintenance, and repair of essential building systems within the Max Planck Institute for Physics and its residential complex in Garching/Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lighting, cooling, climate control, and communication systems, executing DGUV3 inspections, and performing installation and wiring of distribution, switching, control, and regulation equipment. A key component of the job is monitoring and controlling the building infrastructure using Building Management Systems (BMS).
