Job Summary

This role seeks a strategically brilliant Expert in Transfer Pricing to join KWS Berlin GmbH, focusing on defining global financial landscapes and optimizing pricing structures. The expert will operationalize Transfer Pricing (TP) policies, define and implement TP-relevant data processes and IT tools, and provide guidance to the Controlling department, including software implementation for TP determination and margin monitoring. Key responsibilities involve overseeing global operating business models, ensuring TP compliance, developing risk management systems, and representing tax interests worldwide during audits and negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Economics or a comparable field, solid professional experience in a multinational corporation or a Big4 tax consultancy, and fluent skills in both German and English.
